COPE™ is being developed as a safe haven on the internet for families. COPEtm for KIDS is for under 14 year olds ("The playground"). COPEtm ("The secret garden") is for Women, older girls and their families and friends.

We started with The BARAKE Foundation in Australia and now are spreading internationally. It is the secret garden to relax, make friends and be safe in.

MAKE friends. BRING friends, relax, talk or chat, start bloggs, start discussions, discuss your success stories and your COPING strategies and techniques, discuss your problems and challenges.

SUPPORT and ACCEPT each other and let everyone grow in this safe haven, this garden on the world wide web.

At the COPE project we are developing many technologies and ways of operating to help people COPE with their everyday and special challenges. WE WILL SHARE THESE FREE at the www.cope.org.au website soon (currently under construction). ____________________________________________________


Why not start a COPE group under the groups section here in your town, city, region, or country. Or make it more local in your family and friends group or in your club or workplace or school or institute or organisation.

COPE is moderated by Counsellors and Teachers trained in Psychology and other Carers and support people (REALassist officers). At COPE we believe 'everyone is 'crazy' sometimes and always 'everyone can help'.

We believe friends online can help each other and only occassionally do people need professionals to assist them with their challenges.

SOCIAL NETWORK THERAPY for women and children has been successful for years – Now with online social engagement and rational coping therapy (extension of social behaviour, RET and social network therapy) we can reach and help more people.

Barake Foundation helps people COPE with depression and anxiety and other problems and challenges such as substance abuse. This includes children and mothers and young girls or women with eating or psychiatric histories and challenges that the medical world terms bi-polar, schizophrenic, anxiety disorder etc. We will help all depressives and those suffering temporary depression who want to again COPE. Menopausal women, middle aged men, post natal women, vulnerble youth, ADHD sufferers and addicts will all be included in the COPE project and it's online site(s) based on social justice.

BUT WE ARE MAINLY HERE FOR ALL WOMEN and THEIR CHILDREN TRYING TO COPE WITH LIFE's challenges Men can only join COPEtm if introduced and verified by a woman - their friend, partner, their sister or their daughter. I am sure you lovely guys understand this rule is only to ensure "The Girls" safety, not for any other reason.
